SaaS & AI Orchestration

PT RIGO INOVASI DIGITAL[ 9 IMAGES ]

Built a multi-tenant B2B SaaS chatbot platform on Next.js 15 + Supabase that handles customer chats across WhatsApp and Telegram. Added an anti-hallucination AI pipeline using RAG, plus an AI Business Advisor that helps with sales strategy. Managed a small team (around 8~ interns) and kept the codebase clean.
